The billing options can be adjusted to client’s needs by nature of an order and / or by frequency of the orders: e.g. one- off order or continuous services basis.

The settlement can be made based on an hourly charge or lump sum fee:

• the hourly charge – for an effective hour of lawyer’s work, time exclusively spent on client’s order fulfillment; the hourly charge is proposed to clients for single orders, for which it is not possible to assess expenditure of extent work in advance; 

• the fixed charge/lump sum – proposed to clients in case of longer term cooperation, dependent on an estimated demand for the services, e.g. on a monthly basis a fixed number of hrs of lawyer’s work and a monthly charge is agreed; in case the limit of hrs is to be exceeded, the client decides if any additional work is carried forward into the next month or finalized and settled with an hourly charge.
