Małgorzata Gradek-Lewandowska – lawyer, registered on the legal solicitors’ list of the Chamber of Legal Advisors in Warsaw, under the number WA 4629; graduate of the Law and Administration Faculty in Warsaw University and the Faculty of Journalism and Political Science – the Institute of International Relations in Warsaw University. Also completed Postgraduate Studies in Copyrights, Publishing and Press Law at the Institute of Intellectual Property Law in Jagiellonian University, and graduated from the British Centre for English and European Legal Studies under the British Government Know-How Fund and Law Faculty in Cambridge University. Several years employed in an international legal office and an organization of collective management of copyrights; legal advisor in copyrights and related rights, industrial property law, advertisement and media rights; academic tutor.
